Booking Terms
Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar journeys (including Golfing & Giraffes)
Deposit: USD 250 per person, non-refundable, due at booking to hold your spot. It is deducted from any refund.
Balance due: 190 days before departure.
Balance: by wire transfer (USD 30 fee) or credit card (3.5% fee).
Refunds are based on calendar days between the confirmed cancellation date and Day 1.
180+ days before: 100% of the participant fee, less the deposit and a USD 100 admin fee.
90 to 179 days before: 85%, less the deposit and USD 100 admin fee.
60 to 89 days before: 50%, less the deposit and USD 100 admin fee.
Less than 60 days before: no refund, but payment can move to another date, subject to price increases. The deposit, admin fee and a USD 1,000 late cancellation fee apply.
No refunds once the programme has started, and no prorating for late arrival.
Insurance: travellers arrange their own flight and cancellation insurance. For Kenya, travel health insurance is mandatory and is purchased with your Kenya eTA. For Tanzania and Zanzibar, a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
Believe Safari programmes may be postponed, changed or cancelled because of events beyond our control. Believe Safari is not responsible for refunding international flights or personal expenses.
Morocco and Egypt journeys (Medinas & Mulligans, Pharaohs & Fairways and the Egypt Extension)
Amounts are in Euro (€) for Morocco and in USD for Egypt.
Deposit: 250 per person, non-refundable, due at booking to hold your spot.
Balance due: 190 days before departure.
Cancel 6+ months before: refund less 500 per person.
Cancel 3 to 6 months before: refund less 1,000 per person.
Cancel within 3 months: no refund. Can move to the following year less a 1,000 late cancellation fee, subject to any price increase.
Morocco: arrival day is Saturday. Transfers on arrival and departure days are included. Other days: €20 per person.
Morocco extra nights: €200 per person, €300 single, including breakfast and taxes. Not guaranteed, book early.

Price guarantee: your price is guaranteed once your booking is made.
Minimum of 2 travellers on each journey.
Children are welcome.
If Believe Safari cancels a journey, you receive a full refund.
